HOWEVER, sometimes, you need 100% focus on you for more time than office hours can provide. Maybe you'd like some deeper training, need some strategy assistance, have a big special event or project to complete, or you'd simply like to off-load site edits to someone else because you have no time to do them yourself.
For all of these situations, purchasing a block of hours is a perfect solution. Support blocks are purchased in advance and we draw down from those hours as you request help. Hours may be used any time within ONE YEAR of purchase. You'll be provided with a Dashboard to track utilization, so you'll always know where you stand on available time.
